 HOW TO APPLY AS AN AYALATBI LOCATOR

1. Formalize your intention to locate at AyalaTBI in a letter addressed to the AyalaTBI Screening Committee. Your letter of intent should be sent to:

2. Please send the following documents, if available, along with your letter of intent.

• Articles of incorporation and/or business registration papers
• Business License – current year
• Business Plan or Company Profile
• Proposed use of the space detailing activities to be performed
• Latest audited financial statement (if available)

3. All documents are screened for:

• Merit of the business proposal
• Background and experience of the principals and the management team
• Financial viability
• Status of the business plan, market research and feasibility studies
• Growth potential
• Applicant’s commitment-both financial and personal time-to the venture
• Business references

In addition, the following questions are asked when reviewing applications:

• Is the company product or service-based? AyalaTBI believes that product-based companies, by their nature, have a greater potential for significant economic impact, but innovative service businesses will also be considered for the program.
• To what extent is the company developing technology, or using technology for a unique business purpose?
• How effectively does the entrepreneur demonstrate an understanding of the environment facing the company in its target markets, and a reasonable strategy to achieve stability and growth?
• How committed is the entrepreneur to his or her company?
• What particular services would the company need from AyalaTBI?

4. You will be invited to do a formal presentation focused on your feasibility study as well as into your business ideas. The outcome of the final review will then be communicated to you in a formal letter.

5. Once selected as an AyalaTBI locator, you will be presented a lease agreement which will govern your stay inside the AyalaTBI facility. This Agreement varies depending on which facility you intend to locate.

6. Upon payment of the deposit, rental fees, and other charges, you may now schedule moving into your space.
